We run small group training sessions designed for optimum body performance
Our group training sessions can help you become a healthier, fitter version of yourself. With no more than six participants in each session, we create a fun environment designed to support one another in our well-being journeys.
As your Holistic Health Practitioner, we will assess your functional movement capabilities during your induction session, before we allow you to take part in any small group training sessions.
With expert guidance, our program pushes your body to its peak performance safely and effectively. Whether you're looking for an overall boost in health or training for competitive sports as an advanced athlete, we've got the perfect class just for you.
We have a range of small group training sessions hosted by our expert personal trainer.
